• The Engineering Data forms store static information about the equipment in your plant, from huge boilers to each individual pipe or safety valve, with a layout based on the ASME/API data sheets.
• Risk Assessment implements the API 580/581 semi-quantitative process as a configuration for calculating risk for given equipment, but also allows the user to customize the risk factors, matrix structure, equations and every other element of the risk-based inspection process to the needs of a specific plant.
• Visions' Inspection Reports contain hierarchical sections for associated minor equipment, links to relevant work tasks and automated integration with the scheduling data.
• The T-Min Calculator allows users to perform basic thickness calculations (based on pressure only) with a pop-up utility contained directly in the Visions client.

• Visions stores Thickness Data based on individual TMLs, calculating corrosion rates and retirement dates to allow inspectors to predict equipment lifespan. TML readings can be input manually or using a DataLogger, and can then be graphed in a variety of different formats.
• The role-based Security module, new in Visions 4, allows site administrators to group users into different access levels, limit the data they see to only the things that concern their assigned role and track changes made to the database back to individual user accounts.
• The Major/Minor Model allows large pieces of equipment like skids and boilers to be viewed either as a single unit or independently based on their constituent parts in order to provide a more intuitive and organized view of a plant's structure. The Major/Minor Model is fully integrated with inspection, scheduling and all other features of Visions, but is also completely optional.
• The Report Generator provides custom-tailored printable reports on equipment engineering data, scheduling, inspections due by time, equipment history and nearly any other data in the Visions database.
